Today, i was so pumped up for my first pokemon go adventure. I was riding with my bike and a phone in a hand while approaching a curb. I thought i could pass it with normal speed but instead I dropped my phone and broke it. FML

Actually, both of those articles/accidents are fake if you do the research. As much as I think OP is an idiot, I don't think we should be blaming the game itself. Idiots will be idiots, whether it's texting, playing Pokemon, or just a lack of common sense.

You absolutely deserved that. Pokemon -anything- is nowhere near as important as paying attention to your own surroundings. Especially on a bike. You're a safety risk to yourself and other people on the road. Don't turn into a red alert because you absolutely HAVE to catch that Pidgey. I've already read an article about police officers putting up statements about the game on those neon boards found over highways, warning drivers not to play and drive, because there have been at least two fatal accidents caused by this bumfuck game already.
