Today i was on my friends phone in class to calculate a problem. The teacher doesnt allow phones in class, and of course he caught me, and threw the phone at the wall, destroying the phone. My friend isnt really happy with me anymore.... FML

I'm extremely certain that that is completely illegal, and not only grounds for termination but also for criminal charges. He is a teacher, and it doesn't matter how overinflated his ego is or how pissed off at the world he is for the size of his dick, he CAN NOT destroy a student property to enforce his classroom rules. Let alone do it in such a violent way- one that could have caused serious harm to a student. You need to get your friend, maybe some other class mates, and set up a meeting with the principal or dean. After that, look into filing a police report, so that if the school doesn't do anything, that nut case still gets removed from the school full of children.
