Some of these comments are a bit unecessary. We've all taken someone back that we shouldn't have at some point and you're really not expecting them to treat you badly again, never mind do something that bad again.
OP forgiving is a great human quality. I believe the key is forgive but not forget. I am sorry for the emotional trauma you are about to encounter. Good luck!!

Wouldn't you have learned the first time? Make sure theres no third time for him! I say fyl for being left at the alter and ydi for giving him another chance.
