Today, I was at the movies and some dude was playing on his phone with the volume all the way up. When I asked him to stop, He told the employees that I was talking and I got kicked out. FML

But that would be assult. He got kicked out of the movies, unless it was a good movie its not worth jailtime.

Next time get other people in the theatre to confirm. I hate talkers and those on their phone. It's an hour... If you can't be quiet for that long then wait for the DVDs.
