Today, I wanted to ask out a cute new co-worker. She seemed shy so instead of asking her outright I left a sticky note in her cubicle. Not only did she act as if she hadn't noticed it all day, but when it was time to go home she was picked up by another woman. They kissed. FML.

I'm pretty sure that dating coworkers has been discourage for... well, a long time. Plus if she just started there, that's kind of rude to make her feel like she might make an enemy if she says no, and she's also allowed to not be interested in men or in you specifically. But, hey, the most it could have cost you is your job! You apparently aren't super attached to it anyway.

Plus if she just started there, that's kind of rude to make her feel like she might make an enemy if she says no, and she's also allowed to not be interested in men or in you specifically. But, hey, the most it could have cost you is your job! You apparently aren't super attached to it anyway.

Today, my mom grounded me for smoking cigarettes. I'm 13. I don't smoke. She said she smelled it on my clothes. I laughed and said I was in the basement, and used one of my dad's cig's to simulate a house on fire on my train layout. She didn't believe me. Honestly, I wouldn't believe that story either. FML

Today, I'm at my in-laws for breakfast. I used the restroom to do a number 2 but the water flow isn't going. It's not clogged, but the water is not fully leaving, and my boyfriend's phone is dead. I'm helpless. FML

Today, while on break from work, I went to the cafeteria and bought cheese cubes. One of my coworkers, who is usually very pleasant, asked to try some and I said yes. She ate all the cheddar cubes in the bowl, which are the only ones I like. I wasted $3 for someone else to eat my food. FML

Today, me and my girlfriend were heading back to her place. On the way there, she was rubbing and stroking me. When we got there, I asked her mom for a congrats hug. I forgot I had a hard on from my girlfriend. She felt it. FML

Today, I came home from living in Spain for 2 years. My mom made dinner for me, and she had forgotten about my allergy to citrus, because she made lemon chicken. After using my EpiPen, and calling 911 for myself, I heard my mom say to my dad, "She always did have to be the center of attention." FML
