Today, I waited for a bus that was delayed two hours, only to find out the driver had skipped my stop completely and gone straight to the next town over. I had no other transport--I had to miss out on a concert that I sank nearly $200 into and planned for for two months. FML.

You should be able to get the cost of the transport AND the concert ticket covered if you were at the designated pick up and he didn't go there. At the minimum, they owe you your deposit back, and if they try to hedge off with just that, casually mention how you've been mentioning how displeased you are with the company that they would allow this. And not only allow it, but made you approach them for amends.
