OP, switch therapists NOW!!! Good luck! 1.) The therapist broke patient confidentiality without permission. 2.) Said person obviously isn't qualified professionally or intellectually. 3.) Said person ought not to tell other people how to do their jobs.
From the sound of it, OP is a minor. Meaning that they CAN'T just change their therapist. Which is why the measures I suggested are so extreme- it's the only way to get around some of the bullshit that parents get away with because of both laws and our culture thinking it's okay to treat anyone under the age of majority like property. The only thing trying to change therapists directly would do is lead to either the new or old one running to OP's mom to tell her that OP was 'acting out' behind her back.
File a complaint with whoever manages therapists, and if the child care worker takes her words, file a complaint with the head of the department. I also suggest talking to your dad and seeing if there is a way for him to get custody of you based off your desire to live with him, since you are likely old enough that a judge would ask for your input. I also suggest informing him that your therapist violated confidentiality to accuse you of lying and painting your mother as a psychopath, and to please check on you on a regular basis because you genuinely fear for your life. Hell, if you can get to the office that assigned the worker, go there, and insist on speaking to their superior. Tell said superior the whole mess, particularly if the assigned worker actually believed the dumbass that's masquerading as a doctor. Ask them to help you file a complaint against the therapist, and emphasize that, at minimum, your physical, mental, and emotional health are at risk, and your very life could be at stake. If it comes down to it and you feel like your mother is immediately going to do something harmful to you, grab the essentials and go to an abuse crisis center, a crisis center, or a homeless shelter. Be very upfront about why you feel that way. Stay safe, and I hope you can get out of what sounds like an unsafe environment with minimal damage.
Are you sure that therapist is licensed? If they are, contact your state's licensing board about this and have them review the license.
