Today, I placed my newfound baby bird outside in hopes it would feel better from the fresh air and sunshine. I came out 10 minutes later to find it roasted in the sun. FML

Baby birds are horrifically fragile- it's probably not entirely your fault. Some babies just don't make it, regardless of species.

It probably isn't entirely your fault. You shouldn't have left it in the sun, but you also couldn't have known. Like it's been said, some are just way more fragile than others and some just don't make it. The sun may have just been the last stray for a bird that may not have made it anyway. Don't blame yourself.
