I've read this about twenty times now, I try to understand: You have a boyfriend for 1.5 year You are in love with another man for 2 years. The other man is your cousin and is also the cousin of your boyfriend. So you and your boyfriend are related? And why do you stay with a man for 1.5 years while being in love with another man?

No, the other man is simply her boyfriend's cousin. Nothing says that he is her cousin. That doesn't excuse being in 'love' with one person and dating someone else, but she doesn't say anything indicating incest.

It could be, but it's a bit of a stretch. To me, it reads like she is in love with a guy who doesn't love her back and to make matters worse, she's dating his cousin.

Yeah... it's awful enough that you've continued to date your boyfriend for one and a half years while you're in love with another man.... Why the hell would you start dating him in the first place when you've been in love with his cousin for 6 months? What a bitch!
