So... You're telling me that your (now ex) girlfriend told you she had a miscarriage when in reality she had an abortion? And this said procedure was paid by her ex husband when she was with you at the time? Right? As much as I understand why you're upset, are you sure you'd want to have a child with someone like her anyway? I know I wouldn't.

Like it or not, it is her right to get an abortion if she wants too. Her ex-husband paying for the procedure is a little weird and I understand you're angry because she lied, but she probably lied because she knew you'd react this way.
OP is entitled to their feelings and shouldn't have been lied to. If they were in an intimate enough to relationship to have sex, they were close enough to talk about birth control and pick methods so that accidental pregnancies shouldn't have happened in the first place. It's OP's ex's body so it's her decision but the way she went about it isn't okay.
