Today, I heard banging in my house. Being alone, I decide to investigate thinking I had someone trying to break in. Turns out it was just my cat thinking 6 AM was the best time to knock his cat tree over. FML

I feel bad for you and your cat because cat trees will fall down on their own I had a cat tree and every so often I would find it leaning and would have to straighten it either way it's never fun to hear a loud crash when you live alone

Don't most people wake up at around 6am? Why did you feel the need to tell us the time?

It really depends. Around here, the average middle and high schooler gets up at 700, elementary schoolers at 800. People with work wake up any time from 500 to 900 depending on what day shift they work. Night shifters tend to wake up anywhere from 1200 to 2100 depending on their shift and the kind of person they are. And if the person is ill in any matter, any time of day or night is fair game, especially if they have a permanent illness or disorder.
