For the record, if you're losing liquid faster than you can get it in, drinking electrolyte solutions can cause electrolyte imbalances, which can cause muscle spasms, pain, and even outright convulsions. So they aren't always the best thing, and if you do use them, it's better to alternate on a 1:1 ratio with drinking water. And at the first sign of those symptoms- ER.
If this goes on for more than... I think it's 8 hours, you need to call your GP and see what they advise or straight up go to the ER to have fluids administered via IV.
