Today, I had to run a mile in phys ed class. I ran it in 20 minutes, and then proceeded to pass out in front of everyone. FML.

If it took you that long to run a mile and be out of breath, it's a sign to make some life changes...

Most people can walk a mile in 20 minutes. I'm deeply concerned for you now.

If you aren't obviously out of shape, it might be a good idea to see if you have asthma or something so you can work on an exercise routine safely. **** knows that gym classes don't give a shit if you have a note from the doctor saying you physically can't run the mile in the time they're demanding. You run that mile or you fail the class. Even if it means that you vomit and pass out from pain and lack of oxygen. (Why, yes, I am talking from experience.)
