Today, I got home from a day out with my friends and got into bed to relax. My good feeling was quickly destroyed when my girlfriend started making threats to delete all my friends on Facebook and proceeded to have a go at me for several hours. FML

This is emotional abuse, especially if she did it out of the blue. Even if you did something to annoy her, it's still emotional abuse because she is being way too aggressive and condescending, as well as threatening to isolate you. You need to sit her down and explain to her that the behavior isn't appropriate and that if she keeps it up, she can consider the relationship as being set to expire because you have no plans to be her verbal punching bag.
