49- I agree. My parents got married after 6 months if dating. They ended up getting a divorce. They did try to fix the relationship by going to therapy among other things. They just realize they're better off as friends. Many people do not try though. They just quit without fighting for their relationship. If op's wife isn't trying to fix the relationship then I don't think she is worth it.

Honestly anything that you value "sell" it to a friend or forever lose it....or you should put in a family member's name that's what im doing so I can keep all my stuff just in case the marriage fails
