If the business is large enough to have one, talk to HR about his behavior and request a transfer. If it isn't big enough to have an HR department, or if the department staffed by corpses or people as useful as them, then I highly suggest either getting fired or quitting, because I highly doubt that they included a clause that gives you higher pay and free therapy services as part of him being abusive. Depending on the level of abuse, it could possibly be worth a lawsuit. Seriously, if all else fails, guilt and find another job, because you're currently on a one way ride with most of the stops being in Loonieville, and the end of the line being the end of your line. It's not worth losing your sanity by trying to keep it with better work but worse work environment.
