Today, I found out my neighbor has been breaking into my house everyday after I go to work. Not to steal anything though, just to use my toilet and bathtub. FML

We once had neighbours use our pool while we were on holidays. When questioned by other neighbours they said we gave them permission. They were rotten kids (same age as I was) and left our pool full of branches and chunks of dirt. Plus they kept topping it up so the water bill went up. People have no respect sometimes. Definitely report them to police. Unfortunately for us our neighbours moved before we could.

Every time I leave, I just drain my pool and fill it with acid. Some might say it is insane, a big waste of money, and something only a psychopath would do, but acid face Johnny didn't get that nickname for any reason. Last time someone swims in my pool.

Thank you #11, I laughed way too hard at that.

She might have come home early and caught him/her in the shower.

Think it's time you confess, that you know about it. If the reason is unjustifiable, report him/her to the police.

What do you mean, "if" the reason is unjustifiable? Under what possible circumstances would it be okay to break into your neighbour's house just to have a shit and a bath?

The neighbour might be deprived of the accessibility to basic needs due to whatever circumstance. I know it's not right, but if they have a meaningful conversation, he might know what he/she is experiencing and allow him to continue using the washroom. Just saying.

No, the neighbour can go shove it. Maybe if they'd asked and explained the situation... Nothing justifies breaking in though.

I wonder if they were courteous enough to bring their own shower supplies…

I believe the 'courtesy ship' sailed the moment they broke into OPs house.

That sucks : Well at least you found out and hopefully they won't do it again.

Well that's awkward... sorry OP.

Unless he co-pays your water bill or brings his own water, it actually is stealing...

Not to mention Breaking & Entering.

Guess they were saving on their water bill.
