Today, I found out I'm pregnant. My husband reacted by going out and smoking weed, then getting completely shitfaced, and having his buddies drag his nearly-comatose carcass back home from a strip club. FML

Congrats OP! Hopefully your husband will calm down and step up before the baby arrives. If not, think about yourself and the baby and remember that you 2 are the most important. I've been in your situation and staying with the guy while he hasn't changed will only break you and leave you depressed. Though I must say that in my situation, he never changed for the better, only for the worse. I hope that that won't happen to you. Congrats again OP and enjoy the pregnancy!

When my girlfriend got pregnant, the first thing I did was quit smoking cigarettes and apply for a second job (now working 70 hours a week). I don't know how old you are and I am sure your husband is a great guy, but I hope his behavior isn't a symptom of how he will handle stress in the future. With that being said, Congratulations :)
