Today, I found my fiancé is cheating on me. Our wedding is in 26 days and everything is already paid for. FML

Cut your losses. Better to lose the money for the wedding than to go through a divorce.

You should forget about the money and cancel the wedding. You'll just end up having to pay for a divorce one day. It's better to lose your money and get out of a shitty relationship than get married to a cheater.

For a totally different opinion, try and find out why he cheated. Was he bored, unhappy, unsatisfied? See if its something ya'll can fix. Find out if he thinks he can be monogamous, if he cant, sit down in front of a mirror and decide if you could be happy in a poly relationship or in a swinger lifestyle. If not, cut him lose. Dont let popular culture influnce your decision. Being monogamous was made popular by the church, so its not "unnatural" to choose a different path.

It's pretty obvious from the fact that this is an FML that she isn't okay with polygamy.

Even in poly if it hasnt been agreed upon its still cheating. i only offered op an alternative option to the hordes of "leave him!" they need to talk regardless and having an open mind is never a bad thing.

I'm wondering why everyone assumes his/her fiancé is a guy? Lol

I said the same thing until someone explained that the term fiancé is for males, while fiancée is for females. I had never heard of the difference before.

Yeah but how do we know op knows the difference? Ah.

If everything's paid for, just change shit up and throw a massive breakup party. Just ditch the ceremony and have a family/friends feast. Chances are a lot of the people haven't seen each other in awhile, so why not? Either that, or have your caterer still make all the food and donate it to a local shelter. Instant tax writeoff, and you can just sell the dress and whatever else.

I spent 13 years with a jerk before I left him. If everything doesn't flow as easily as water between you two then let him go. The right one is out there....don't marry "mr right now" just cuz the wedding is paid for!

I'm guessing your name is not Kate... (From the other post)

This is why I'm going to be a nun.

Why does everyone assume it's a guy? I personally think its a she who cheated.

Because fiancé is used for men, and fiancée is used for women.

I had no idea. I stand corrected then. Thank you.
