I'm not an expert on Tonsillitis or the side effects of surgery caused by Tonsillitis, but I'm pretty sure that isn't supposed to happen. in other words: oompa loompa doopity-do, back to the hospital with you!
you probably won't be able to eat anything for a couple of days anyway, but you're not supposed to bleed. you need to go get it cauterized so it stops bleeding. especially if it's a lot of blood, there's been a few cases where people have died from blood loss after removing their tonsils.
