Today, I came home to found all of my belongings out on the street. My roommate, who is also my brother, apparantly neglected to pay his part of the rent, and we got evicted. FML

You didn't get any notices from your landlord? But anyways, that sucks and I hope you found a better place and roommate!

I thought they were required to give you adequate notice before they evict you? Notes, phone calls, ect. Unless your brother was hiding all that.

I didn't realize you could be evicted that fast. I thought you had to miss more than just one month.
