Why can't people just be happy that the people they care about are happy instead of always asking why they don't have that?

OR she's on the rebound and divorce number 2 is on the horizon. People aren't as happy as Facebook makes them out to be.
She may have rushed and could be hearing back to divorce court soon. Perhaps you can join a cat photo meetup or online forum and meet a nice man!
So be happy for her, then? Just because she met someone sooner than you doesn't mean you won't anytime soon. Stay positive, op!
I miscarried my child last year and now my 19 year old cousin is engaged before me, count your blessings it could be worse

If you have a cat, you already found the love of your life.

This reminded me of some wise words of advice I got from an old coworker of mine: "You do not need boys, as long as you have cats."

Facebook usually does a fantastic job of making things look better or worse than they actually are.

Live your life, OP, and don't get desperate. Concentrate on yourself.

I don't understand why people can't be happy by themselves!?!? Why do you as a person only count when you're in a realationship?? I feel like a lot of people think that single people are lonlely and not valid human beings!! That only people in a relationship can be truly happy.

to OP: Why care? You'll find someone eventually. Don't rush it! (like she did! I think marrying someone after knowing them for a year or maybe even less is a little rash but whatever. If she is happy...)
<
