Today, a small child took one look at me, yelled "Ew, gross! Look at that girl's face!" and proceeded to make vomiting sounds in the middle of a crowded store. FML.

Next time, pretend to make a terrified gasp and say, "Oh no, a petty and disfigured gremlin!" Or, make a disgusted noise and say, "Gross! A rude, trashy excuse for a kid that shouldn't be allowed in public!" If they're old enough to make fun of a stranger for no damn reason, they're old enough to receive sass in revenge. Especially if their parents aren't around or aren't doing anything about it. It certainly sounds like their parents are utterly failing at parenting so far if the kid thinks that it is acceptable to be an asshole to people because they're a stranger and can't punish them.
