Your "friend" is the worst type of person. Not only is she unempathetic, she's selfish and narcissistic. You're doing the right thing OP, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. She is responsible for that kid's death, and now she wants sympathy? Um, no. In my opinion, she commited a crime as her intentional actions resulted in another's death. She deserves to feel shitty and get no support. You are not the bad guy here, it's perfectly reasonable to not associate with someone that's so cruel and lacks so much empathy that they'll drive another to think death is their only escape from their torture.
I have a technical question. If one posts an FML, do they write the name of their location (in this case Waynesville) or is this name added automatically? Previously, country and/or state were added automatically, but never the name of a city.
Tell her to **** off because you don't want to be friends with a murderer. You can add that you can't trust her to not try to drive you to the same position as her last victim, but telling her you aren't her friend any more because she essentially committed murder should be all the justification you need.
Not to bring up a potentially painful thing, but did you know she was bullying said persom? Did you just stop associating with the "dear friend" only after the targeted person committed suicide. Not saying that shitty murderer you know deserves sympathy. They don't. And they deserve any and all negativy they get. But I honestly am unsure if you really if you deserve any sympathy either... By calling her a dear friend, even if it was in just, makes me skeptical of your complete innocence..
