Curtains might be a good investment
I recommend putting aircraft runway lights on that side of the house, and using blackout curtains inside.
Place something very unsightly in that window to give them a great view. Personally I'd opt for a line of ******, but your family may not appreciate the humor in that.
place one of thos semi see through mirrors where u can see out but they can't see in
Bonus points if it has the effect of reflecting the sun onto their terace so that they roast from the heat.
The one-way glass or tinting is a valid suggestion, or, take the weekend off once the terrace is complete and let some of your crazy exhibitionist friends live there for a few days. Give 'em an eyeful, if that's what they wanted!
Just buy a curtain instead of blocking other people from doing what they want.
