Today, I discovered that an unmentioned side effect of my new medication is body zits. I now have zits on my neck, my ear, and inside my nose. FML

Oh yeah? I've gotten zits in all of those places PLUS on my chest and back...And it wasn't the side effect of a medication. It was just adolescence and genetics.

try having acne that isn't caused through any kind of medication. try having it for 9 years and it still not getting any better despite trying every kind of possibility out there to get rid of it. at least for you it'll go away.

I'm surprised by the lack of YDIs for this one. But no acne really does suck, most people assume that it's limited only to facial acne but I've had it all over the place. Nothing makes you feel more like a complete sack of shit than having people question why your skin is so bad.

No. 130, you said it. My mom would wait until we were in a big crowd to look at me, get a nasty smirk on her face and say, "Hey Mary, your face is really broken out" and of course everyone would turn to stare at my huge, weltlike zits and ask me why I didn't do something about it. People treated me like I was a zit with motor skills. The problem with severe acne is that unfortunately that is how you are defined; you become "the girl with a million zits" or "the pizza faced guy" to others instead of "Mary" or "John" and people back away from you as if you are contagious or they're scared one of those suckers is going to blow.
