I would call and speak with someone explain what's going on and explain that you don't want to miss your opportunity to go to the school. I think you will be ok. Also you interviewer might be dealing with a personal issue. Not that standing you up twice is the right thing to do.

I mean... it IS Princeton... unlike other "stand-up" this one REALLY/ACTUALLY has a high probability of a chance of being "YOU"... because it certainly can't be them... (Yes, this is dripping with sarcasm)
