you/the store can definitely ban her from shopping there especially if she didn't help clean up the mess. And depends on the amount of damage and disturbance, some legal actions can occur.

I've seen things like this happen in the stores in my area, just a week or two ago a young boy broke a thing filled with bouncy balls while his father watched and laughed as his kid said he was going to break it open!
Isn't it appropriate to kick people out if they're behaving that way? I've been thrown out of stores for much less :(
