I woke to see my dad standing in my doorway with his pants down. He stood there for 10 seconds, turned around, and walked into the bathroom right next to my room. I woke to pee in the bathtub, a notebook in the freezer, the tv remote in the silverware, and the front door open. Its 12:45 PM right now

Sounds like sleep walking... maybe try to video tape him next time to show him, if he doesn't respond when you talk to him.
