Good. you realised you have a problem and so you can do something about it and get help. Everyone starts from that point. And keeps going from that point. Please get some support and motivation and accountability from a support group and your doctor. And remember, progress is not necessarily linear: you might take a step forward and two back, have bad and good days, bit in the long run the trend will be up. my other advice is to start with small little things and follow your doctor's advice in whatever you do. If you don't, if you go on an extreme diet or something, it could be dangerous so talk to them first.small changes OP. I've said a prayer for you, of you find that helpful.
Thank you for the support. I'm trying to get my life back together but it's not been easy. I've been struggling with my weight and long term injuries since my bike crash 3 years ago, and I've been struggling with alcoholism since a large number of family matters and personal matters arose just before Christmas.
I'm really sorry to hear that. You aren't alone. I think having someone to mentor you through and support you is vital, so getting in touch with a support group would be good. It sounds like you've been dealt a bad hand at the moment. I believe that things can get better though. B e good to yourself Kieron, please. Maybe it might help to.join a club or something? I play dungeons and dragons and I love it. my friend plays a naked dwarf bard with a face like a foot and no charisma. It's great.
Hey, how is it going?
