I found out I am allergic to most laundry detergents, dryer sheets, and most soaps and body wash. I've been living on my own for less than a week. Back to square one- not knowing how to do shit.
I agree, your life sucks 59
You deserved it 8

Why don't you just ask your parents what they used, and use the body wash you were using before you moved out?

Sounds like they may have developed an allergy to the ones they were using.

and you're how old? My daughter is 9 & knows how to cook, wash clothes plus she know the brand & color she uses to streak her hair. How can you not do know any of this

Vinegar, the blandest detergent you can find, and if you tolerate it, lemon essential oil. Been allergic to most detergent since I was fourteen and had to wash my clothes this way.

Oh, and for dryer sheets, just get some washing cloths, dampen them with vinegar (if you want, add 5-10 drops of essential oil of your choice to one gallon normal strength vinegar), put them in the dryer with the rest of your clothes. Not quite as good as store bought, but cheaper in the long run, and safer too. Soap, if you can find a shampoo that you aren't allergic to, you can actually use that to wash your entire body, which nixes the need for two different types of soap, thus reducing the chance you'll develop two new allergies- instead, it would be only one.
