Great, thanks

Today, a woman at work told me that her kid had puked into "a storage bin" in the office. It wasn't a storage bin, it was the outgoing mail tray on the side of my desk containing important contract documents that had to be posted by 5pm that day. FML

Well, sounds like the mail wasn't the only thing that was outgoing. I'm sorry OP :-/

Noted always hand things in early or as soon as possible

Maybe that was as soon as possible. There might be someone who comes around to collect the mail at the time and otherwise, it seems as if they're working and wouldn't be able to do it the moment it's done.

Am I the only one who just pukes on the floor when I can't make it to the bathroom? If you just puke somewhere it's always a mess anyway but even carpet is most of the time easier to clean than things like trash cans (if they don't have a bag you just can take out) or small bags where the rest goes next to it because it's too small (especially hand bags, who thinks it's a good idea to puke over all your important belongings)

I'm so fed up with my colleagues taking their sick kids into the office. Just waiting for something like this to happen.

Why is this idiot allowing her sick child into the office. Very inconsiderate.

Kids do not belong in the workplace, period. I hate that! Seriously, if your kid is sick. Stay home with it. No one wants it around. I love kids, I'm a teechur, but not someone else's sick kids where they aren't supposed to be.

Some of y'all aren't thinking that if this woman worked there shed likely know of the mail in and outs because the same system would most likely be used through out the whole office.
