Fix me up

Today, I realized thanks to two injuries I have that I can't do two routines my doctor wants me to do. I strained something in my right hip so squatting causes me pain. Jogging is also out of the question because my right foot healed wrong when I sprained it, and requires pricey foot surgery to fix. FML

There are a million and one exercises you are able to do with those injuries. You'll likely have to do physical therapy for your foot, they'll teach you. You can also ask your DR if you could go now if you genuinely need help picking yourseld up. Bridges are great for the hips and I learned them during PT for my hip, which will be replaced soon.

Try water exercises. Water can support your weight while you "squat" and "jog" without touching the bottom of the pool.
