Child trauma specialist, asap. He has zero idea how to process something so awful and you don't know how to help him (no shade on you, this is specialist territory) so you need to find someone who can and as quick as you can. The longer you leave it the more damage it will do to his psyche and the harder it will be to reset things in his head. So, straight to the Dr and if they can't help with a referral or recommendations then you'll have to find one for yourself. If you are low income then there should (hopefully) be a low cost charity or shrink offering reduced rates to low income families. Do NOT just sit there and hope it goes away because it won't. It'll just sink in deeper, like a burn and you'll end up with worse problems down the line.
As someone who suffers from CPTSD, BECAUSE OF A LOT OF CHILDHOOD TRAUMA THAT WAS NOT DEALT WITH IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE GET YOUR CHILD INTO THERAPY IMMEDIATELY!
