guidance counselors base their knowledge of u based on the marks that u get. but marks mean shit. my mark for grade 12 french, first term, was a 35%. i thought i was gonna give up french. but i knew deep down i loved french. i just had fix up my act. If i told my guidance counselor i wanted to be a french teacher she probably would have said the same thing. But NOBODY KNOWS YOU BETTER THAN YOU. i KNEW i loved french. and i knew i could do it. i fixed up my act and ended off with a 65, still high enough to get into university french. and today, i'm the top student in my french class in university. which is a very high level french class mind you. and i'm only first year. If you really want it, go for it. but you have to put in some effort and rub ur success in her face!
your counselor failed at his/her occupation, and you failed knowing the name of your future one. terri-awful.
(I get a cookie! Hooray!) Wait... Aren't councelors SUPPOSED to be honest? If they gave you unrealistic expectations, wouldn't that, in the long run, be much much worse?
hahahaha wow you just screwed yourself.
haha...
Well given the fact that you don't even know the NAME of the field you're interested in, I would tend to agree with your counselor. It's astronomy, not astrology. Unless you're planning to become a fortune teller. In which case your counselor is right yet again. Bravo, counselor. Bravo.

Your counselor probably had a point. If you were interested in space you would want to be an astronomer, not an astrologist.
Oh my god, that's horrible.
