i agree with 136, i smell troll
lol wow get her fired
I personally don't think your counselor even said that. But way to exaggerate it.
You can sue for that, I know because my mom is teacher. I was told by my 8th grade guidance counselor that the only reason why I was going to the next grade was so that they didn't have to get me a parking spot.
#8 right on #10 ur dumb too If you cant get the profession right that you have wanted to be since u were 12 then ur...stupid!!!
You can't be serious. How did this counselor get hired? I would have reported the jerk.
+1 to #2, but don't worry, the guidance counselor was probably dumb as well if they didn't realize that astrologists weren't astronomers. As far as I can tell astrology doesn't preclude stupid people seems more like a prereq.
Who cares what the kid wanted to be. The Councelor should have given him the tools to do so. They are there to enlighten youth and support them. not to bash them down. Let the kid know there will be hard work involved and a level of intelligence that is expected. Never tell children they can't do something...

Your counselor probably had a point. If you were interested in space you would want to be an astronomer, not an astrologist.
Oh my god, that's horrible.
