I'm sure he's not doing it to be malicious. He likes your tic. I don't have Tourette's, but I did experience a minor spinal injury playing high school football that makes me wiggle my shoulders involuntarily on occasion. If you've told him that you hate your tic, he's crossing a line, but if not, take it as a loving gesture.

I still agree that sucks, however it could be way worse. He could have not gone out with you because of the syndrome. He might tease for a little and that's rude but it's better then him judging you and breaking up with you for having it.

He would find it less hilarious if his beeps caused you to 'involuntarily' smack him upside the head.
