Who's the boss?

Today, I found out I don’t run my own company, my secretary does, by deliberately ignoring or changing my “little moments of idiocy.” I pulled her up on it so she showed me, in some detail, including documents I signed, proving that if she’d let me be in charge, I’d have gone bankrupt in 2021. FML

A nice bonus and a pay rise ought to do it. Or offer her a partnership/consultancy role?

Give her a raise she’s clearly earned it, and maybe her own secretary.

Time to give her a well earned hefty pay rise don’t you think?

The Power of a Good Secretary should never be underestimated or undervalued. You'd better really look after her because she's keeping your whole world afloat.

Your #1 job as owner or CEO is to make good decisions and have superior judgment. Since she's better at it than you, why not make her CEO and find a more appropriate role for yourself?

Give her company ownership, good for nothing CEO.
