Today, my friend and I were racing on our bicycles when my chain snapped. I went over the handlebars and slid, on my back, for about ten feet. FML

Every FML has to start with "Today," regardless of when it happened, but it doesn't necessarily mean they happened that same day.

Something similar happened to me. I was longboarding down a huge hill when I got the speed wobbles. I slid for about 15 feet on the side of my body. I actually have a first person video of it because I was recording with my helmet cam.

My friend went through something similar. We were racing our bikes and his chain popped. But don't worry, his balls stopped him from flying off.

Happened to me also. I was in coeur dalene on the 4th of july, the sidewalks was packed with thousands of people, and the roads were closed off, so me and my friend decided to ride our bikes up the closed off part of the streets, we were going about 20 MPH, my chain came off and my foot hit the ground causing me to flip over my handle bars landing on my ass and bending forward super hard. I got up and some drunk guy went "Give this kid an applause!!" and everyone cheered and clapped at me cause i got up with no problem. I was only 14 that time. Funny shit.
