was the dog there before you? sometimes people get lazy about baby books and scrap books after doing one or so
puppies kick ass...
get over yourself. If you truly judge the quality of your relationship with your mother based on two scrap books, then you really are short-changing yourself at least - and quite possibly your mother.
*applauds #22* XD Also, 40, LOL. Parents get bored of baby books and let go of the book, finding the babies way more fun to be with, rather than the stupid book. ;D Don't worry! My parents filled mine up, got bored by the end, and my brother's book ended up never getting really filled. (And they love us both the same.)
forget about the books~~~~
I don't blame her, children suck (and never the way you want them to, either)
i guess its debatable since the dog was there b4 u but still, u must of been a prick for ur mother to like the dog more... FYL
Babies are demanding. My mother had a baby book for me which she only filled out sporadically simply because she was either busy raising me or trying to recuperate from the aforementioned. Have you ever felt she didn't love you? No? Then get over it.

Your FML seems to be that she loved the dog more, but in reality, she spent more of her time after you were born interacting with you, instead of filling out a stupid scrapbook.
Just because she filled out the dogs book more then yours doesn't mean all that much. At least your mother took the time, and you should realize there's more to life then a couple dozen photographs. Also, babies aren't the same as dogs, meaning that babies are more demanding and (should) require more time and effort then a pet. I don't think this is really an FML.
