Today, I got a yeast infection, caused by the antibiotics for my UTI. I got the UTI after having sex for the first time in a year. A couple of minutes of sex have ruined my health. FML

Every single time you take an antibiotic, you need to be taking a strong course of acidophilus. They restore the vaginal and intestinal bacteria that gets killed by the antibiotic, the same bacteria that balances yeast growth. You can find them at any grocery/health food store. It'll also prevent diarrhea cause by antibiotics.

If you both wash yourselves before sex and you go pee afterwards you can avoid this :)

Activia yogurt will help. Trust me, I used that to get rid of trechomaniasis!

To prevent UTIs, pee after sex and clean yourself up after. That will help. Also eat yogurt when taking antibiotics. It'll help prevent getting a yeast infection.
