we don't have cheques anymore in New Zealand. Lucky to still have brick and mortar banks
It baffles me why the bank would need to be open to use the ATM.
our cards here open a door after hours to get to the inside ATM.. does yours do the same? no drive through?
Due to cuts in the bank's budget, there are places where the ATM is locked inside the bank, which closes during the weekend. I know. It baffles me as well.
It genuinely baffels me that people still go to an ATM or a bank to deposit a check. Even small banks nowadays allow for online deposits which can be done 24/7.
Canada is just as backwards as the U.S., A?
Were you busy during the last 6 months? Checks don't "Expire" until 180 days after they're written. Sometimes 90 days.
