Men who decide not to give into gender expectations, and believe they don't have to punch through steel and be the grunting douche bags in the gym in order to be real men. B. Being too lazy and disrespectful towards women and children to support their own families. If a guy thinks listening to his spouse's beliefs and complaints every so often is enough excuse to neglect their family, he's already hating women and children to a frightening level. It doesn't take someone's complaining to make that happen. Domestic abuse existed far, far before women thought about fighting for equal rights. Also, why should women not be treated equally? Obesity comes from fast food and eating out being on the rise, food quality decreasing, food becoming more social, abundant and indulgent instead of being viewed as a necessity, junk food being cheaper than fruits and veggies, and people working and being too stressed out and tired to fit in gym time. I forgot to mention, thinness in mainstream media is really, really modern. Models like Twiggy and the coked up girls of the 90s didn't come along until AFTER feminism started. Exactly! Glad I'm not the only one here. Giving a woman her rights isn't going to effect a man's rights at all. A good feminist would stand up for a man if he is being treated in an inferior way based solely on his gender. Just because "feminine" is in the name doesn't mean we only care about women.
