I'm 20 also and almost every one of my joints pop! This has been going on for years.. And it doesn't hurt or anything, they just pop really easily if I bend a joint a certain way. Sometimes my ankles will just pop while walking! I asked my doctor and chiropractor about it and they both said it wasn't anything to worry about as long as it doesn't hurt when you pop!

its ok, im 14 and i do the same thing! i talked to my doctor ant he said i got knees of a 45 year old woman....fml!
