Fingers aren't a big deal. I'm missing my left pinky due to a childhood accident. Pros: Numerous stories made up to explain it and being able to use "nine fingered bandit" as a gamer name. Cons: Noticeable to men looking for a wedding ring and inability to get away with major crimes without identification. Ehh, life gives you lumps.
