And how do we know this was a good guy? Just from the FML, he sounds spineless and manipulative. Furthermore, even if he was a "good guy," OP would not be obligated to continue dating him. Being a "good guy" doesn't entitle you to the affection of whatever girl you choose, and in fact, believing so conclusively proves that you are NOT a good guy at all.

You shouldn't call her heartless just because she broke up with him and he cried about it. Crying does not make him a good guy. My ex boyfriend lied, cheated, and yelled at me almost every single day, but he still cried every time we broke up. It's called manipulation.
