HAHAHAHAHAHAH..funny shit man. Start working out. Take this: http://www.topbodyfitness.com/true-mass-protein-p-3520.html Three times a day. And start with one-a-day workouts. When you start to feel up to it..go to two-a-day workouts. Make a routine. Go heavy on whatever sections you're doing. Monday, Tuesday, off Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, off Sunday. You'll drop the fat and start to build muscle real quick. Stay away from that nasty fatty foods. Once in awhile is okay later on..but for the first two weeks try to stay with complex carbs and all natural foods. If you're going to eat meat, go with chicken..and eat it boiled and by itself, with as little fat as possible. You'll feel better and look better in a few weeks. Get to a good weight for your height, something you feel comfortable at. When you're done..have fun with it and find ya a girl! (can't help ya with ur little dick problem..that's just ur shitty luck haha)
