how did you lose 20 lbs? most people eat and eat under stress, and would gain 20 lbs. i would think losing 20 lbs would mean you're in even worse emotional shape than if you gained it. of course, just because you're a nervous wreck doesn't mean it's his fault. there are a lot of super-paranoid girls out there, apparently (I've found a few myself) :S

What were you trying to accomplish by telling him this? Did you think he'd actually feel bad for you, seeing as you've broken up and at least one of you doesn't like the other? I'm assuming its not because of issues like living far apart if you're in contact with him so much and it caused you so much stress, so what were you trying to do by complaining to him? YDI.
