Lonesome tonight

Today, and ever since the start of the Covid pandemic, my friends have progressively stopped talking to me. They've stated at the time that they are too tired, their significant other won't let them, or they're simply sick of me. I still want to hang out as usual, but I don't have who to hang out anymore. Halloween

A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.

Same thing different taste

They could still be concerned about...you know...the pandemic. Different people have different comfort levels. Sorry you’re feeling lonely, though. If you’re comfortable, go out and start meeting new people. Find a hobby. I for example joined a pool league and tapped into a whole new crowd of people. Get creative. And try to assess yourself and ensure you’re actually pleasant to be around and not annoying or antagonistic. That could be the case and people don’t want to say anything. It also might not be the case. Just try to think back and assess how you are with people. I’ve also discovered people hate needy people. That was my issue for years and years and it sucks. I learned to be nonchalant and act like it doesn’t hurt if someone cancels or forgets to call you back or whatever and it takes a lot of pressure off of them and the friendship. Pressure I didn’t even realize I was putting people under. It sucks but that’s the way life is. We all have to navigate around each other and learn how to be. I hope any of that may have been helpful, and things get better for you. Good luck!
