Fact check
Today, I had to finally accept that I have an eating disorder when I caught myself checking for the nutrition facts and calories on my shampoo. FML

No wonder I've gotten so fat. I don't use the recommended amount of shampoo; I just slather my hair with as much as I can.

Acceptance is the first stage :) Eating disorders are hard to get over, so good luck :)

At least your villi don't have unattractive split ends -- that could be important if a cute doctor reads your upper GI scan ;)

You should consider that you cannot eat only healthy food without some side effects.

like health?

healthy foods do include everything you need including the sugars and fats. if op was eating healthily they would be eating normally not doing calorie counts on shampoo.

I meant being obsessed with eating only healthy food might affect your ability to live a normal life.

well if you spens your whole life calorie counting i suppose it could but healthy eating doesnt have to take up a lot of your time. just chuck a fee extra veggies in your cart and your good.

I guess you need to accept it somehow, but now you can try to recover. In rooting for ya, OP! :)

I've just read a non-fiction book about a girl with the same problem. If it helps, it had a happy ending.

If it's those lemon and lime ones they have, I don't blame you. They smell lovely and you want to taste them but you know they'd taste bad.

Not even tempted to post an asinine comment. Can't say I know how you feel but it mustn't be awesome to be battling something obviously that serious. Swift recovery, OP
